Returns Policy
Should any Balaton Spa Product be found to be faulty, then they will be exchanged FOC or your payment refunded, if they were purchased direct from us within the last 28 Days, and your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery, which applies to all our products. If returning products to us we recommend that you send them to us Recorded Delivery- This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. |
